Every time I have arrived for an appointment they were right on schedule and I only had to wait for 5 minutes. The hygienist was very friendly and considerate of gum sensitivity issues during pregnancy. I don't have much contact with Dr. Langford, but he was very gentle and soft spoken during the initial exam.
