Greg Elliot put in two replacement driveway culverts, plus an 8" intake pipe, CALFIRE-standard 4" dry hydrant at my pond, and 2" fireline from my fire pump at the pond to my hydrant at my cabin. To keep costs down, he used me a part of the crew. During my engineering career, I worked with many contractors and I can be a demanding client. Elliott Excavating is top notch: always organized for the work, expert at earthwork, and very handy at building the headwall and placing pipe and electrical conduit. I don't think you could do better.
