Greg Elliot put in two replacement driveway culverts, plus an 8" intake pipe, CALFIRE-standard 4" dry hydrant at my pond, and 2" fireline from my fire pump at the pond to my hydrant at my cabin. To keep costs down, he used me as part of the crew. During my engineering career, I worked with many contractors and I can be a demanding client. Elliott Excavating is top notch: always organized for the work, expert at earthwork, and very handy at building the headwall and placing pipe and electrical conduit. I don't think you could do better.
