Location is great if wanting to be and walk within WeHo. Rooms and hallways need an update. I was there for 5 nights in March, and I was out
for most of the day. I slept with windows opened because of the musty smell in the room. Room appeared cleaned though. Staff was ok. I only dealt with them when checking in and checking out. WiFi was spotty in the room I stayed in on the 4th floor. A garage ($50/night!!) and the Trader Joes across the street are good. Overall good value but place is outdated.

The hidden parking fee of $50.00 per day is outrageous! Also very limited parking, it was hard to find a parking spot once registered.
Elevator out of service for some of visit but service elevator offered.
Limited parking and roller carts.
Positive note I felt safe, much visible security. Some staff were very friendly.
Safety: A lot of visible security, I felt safe.
Food & drinks: No restaurant on premises.

This is a terrible place to stay. The service is horrible. They do not clean your room and you have to beg for towels every day. There is no breakfast or coffee available and no place within walking distance to serve you.
Rooms: Dirty
Safety: Large numbers of homeless wandering around and sleeping on the sidewalk
Food & drinks: Nothing available
