Do NOT order flowers from this so-called florist. My recipient never received her flowers. I ordered online and when trying to follow-up with the missing delivery found out the phone is never answered and there isn't even a voicemail set up. I e-mailed with the so-called owner Armida and was guaranteed a delivery would be made personally by her with an even better bouquet than was ordered. Still more than 48 hours later and no delivery, no reply and no answer. Funny thing is the one good review they have was her relative.

SCAM ARTIST!!! Took our money and never delivered. We decided to send a birthday bouquet out for a family member. The number that is connected here on yelp and this establishments website (SAME EXACT NUMBER) it's a nonworking number, that should have been our first clue this place was a scam. Going against her better judgment we decided to email them since we couldn't get a hold of anyone (because the number is disconnected) they promptly replied and said they were still in business and it was an error on yelps behalf (we later realized it's the same exact number that is listed on their website and also on the receipt they sent you and you pay) We feel safe at this point and went to head and placed online order after they had confirmed that everything was fine in the would process our order. Guess what? After charging your card for $135 they send a another email after 6pm (order was placed at 12pm) stating that the order has been canceled. NO CALL NO NOTHING. Its now 6pm and all flower shops are now closing and no one is now able to deliver a flower boutique and completely ruined a birthday. I sent a very irate email explaining how rude and unprofessional they are to not reach out to me via telephone (not email at 6pm when everything is now closed.) yet have the Audacity to still charge our card for $135 without a refund. They responded A DAY LATER stating that they were sorry it was an error on their computer end and it's not their fault and would sent out a bouquet free of charge as an apology and would refund me the money but it's going to take 7 days to get it. (LMAO REALLY? Lol.) Guess what? That free bouquet that they supposedly offered to send was NEVER SENT nor have I have I still been issued a refund and it's been days. Now my emails are being completely ignored. So much for that fake apology. People. Please save your time and money, this establishment is pure fraud. I will be taking up my claim with the Better Business Bureau and small claims court. It's not about the money it's the principle, I will be making sure these scumbags go down and will not be ruining anybody else a special occasion. ****read their google reviews before ordering, I'm not the first person that this has happened to, this is a repeat of how they run this so called business. If you want your money stolen and no flowers delivered THIS PLACE IS FOR YOU!!!!! ********
