After searching a few shops in the West Covina area, this was the best! Super helpful Super Polite Reasonable prices! Y'all did such an amazing job on my mothers Celebration of Life flower arrangements. When y'all delivered the flowers I thought that was it, but no! The lady stood to help me decorate my moms urn table and went beyond. Thank you all at Flowers by Robert!! All the flower arrangements were soooo fresh and beautiful! There was over 15 orders. The customer service was Top Notch, 5 Star, A+! . Bob answered the phone and asked me questions about what I was looking for. He came across like my order was THE most important order he had! I just spoke with the recipient of the bouquet. Her words this arrangement is spectacular, the most beautiful flowers I have ever received! I cannot thank Flowers by Robert Taylor enough for sending a hug from me, in Abilene, TX to my loved one in West Covina, California. I needed a Hanukkah flower arrangement. I told Theresa exactly what I needed. When I picked up the arrangement, it was perfect. White and blue flowers with a beautiful huge blue bow. I wish I could post a photo. I highly recommend this florist.
