Clippinger Chrysler Jeep Dodge

I went there on a Friday afternoon just to get an oil change. The service department is run by 3 people, it seemed. To cut a long story short, a week later the engine light goes on, I took it to Pep Boys to see what it was. I was told the wrong oil was used in the engine! That is where I am, now. It is Saturday evening. God give me the patience and serenity to deal with what is going to go down on Monday! Ill let you know!

I didn't even get as far as the service department - I'm new to Covina and needed to get my left signal lamp replaced. I figured it was a good way to learn about the dealership. I got put on hold twice, left there for several minutes, then the phone rang through to a desk that never picked up. No problem, Sears Auto Center can have my business.

Posted on 06/12/12 I HAD TO PUT 1 STAR TO WRITE REVIEW!! This place has a horrible service department. Took a 300 Touring there for a no fuel problem. Wound up being the Front Control Module. Was told and still have the paperwork that I needed the FCM and the TIPM. Low and behold, there is no TIPM on this vehicle. They wanted $1300 to replace them both and program the FCM. No dealer could find the TIPM for this vehicle. I purchased the FCM, replaced it in 5 minutes and had the another dealer program it for $85. TOTAL RIP OFF if I didn t know a little about vehicles. NEVER USE THIS DEALER FOR ANYTHING!!!!!!!!!!
