Thank You Lee for sharing. I'm in the market for a couple of Sprinters for my Business and I found that there are marked up on those vehicles. I found that Dealers are out there to scam and cheat the consumers. Why do we need to "Deal" for a vehicle? Congress needs to end these ridicules method.

I never post about really any place but I took my car in today for a simple service. Dropped it off at 10. Waited an hour and a half to just get paperwork complete. Was told it would be ready at 2, call at 3. No answer. Call back 3:30, again no answer. Finally just drive there and we’re told 30 more mins. Allen is a train wreck. This place needs to get it together

Hi, my name is Angelina, and I was scammed by Robert and Ray from the West Covina Mercedes dealership when I bought an A35 AMG there. The original paper showed a total price of $64,271.16 (includes tax and everything). After I bought the car and called Mercedes Financial to pay the car off, the price blew up to $80,001. That was when I realized I was scammed by the salesperson and manager at the dealership, because they showed me a $64,271.16 total price but had me sign a document that had a $73,331.52 price instead - they hid the price change by distracting me with a higher-than-agreed interest rate on the original document, which warranted a reprint of the document with the correct interest rate. Once the new document was generated, they made sure my attention was only on the corrected interest rate and tried to hurry me to sign the new agreement without giving me a change to review everything by saying things like it’s close to midnight (closing time) and that their ride is here waiting.
