I recently purchased a home in Bakersfield Ca. Ca Home Pros , specifically, Hector Gutierrez was the listing agent. I asked Mr. Gutierrez about non- permitted modifications done to the home . He assured me there were none. I found out that there had indeed been modifications done to the home and that no permits had been pulled for that location. So the home was supposed to be sold ‘as-is’ . Once again I asked Gutierrez about this . He assured me that that modifications made to the home did not require a permit. Me being a first time home buyer and Gutierrez being an ‘expert’ I believed him. HUGE MISTAKE HUGE ! Turns out they were required- to have a permit for these modifications. They did real shoddy work. One load bearing wall is buckling out where they removed a slider from the rear of the home and they illegally tapped into the gas lines when they
moved the laundry hook -ups. The sellers agent also agreed to have the interior of the home painted. And only painted part of it. The sellers agent willfully conspired with the seller to conceal relevant information about this house. Just to make a commission . I’ve just hired a lawyer and will update as events unfold . But I would strongly recommend that you stay away from Ca. Home Pros. ! There are too many reputable realtors out there. PLEASE don’t make the same mistake I did. Stay away from Ca. Home pros Wasco, Ca.

I just want to say thank you, thank you, thank you sooooo much to JOSEPH TRUJILLO. Before Joe, I was actually working with a young lady who appeared nice at first but she just wouldn’t cater to my needs, or take in to consideration with what I WANTED. I basically had to look for homes on my own and then I stumbled on Joe.
I was honest and let him know I had a realtor and he just asked to allow him to help as well. Working with Joe allowed me to find my DREAM home and I know for a fact that without him being a respectable realtor, I wouldn’t be in the home I’m in now. He made sure I was looking at homes every weekend until I found the home I wanted. I found a home in 3 months.
I’m a first time buyer and he met me at my level. He gave me pros and cons to each home I thought of purchasing and showed genuine concern. He explained the process to me and answered any questions I had. He’s always readily available to my questions and concerns. Joseph you’re awesome and I’m so glad to have had you as a realtor! I’d refer you to anyone :-)
