I write this review to express my complete and total satisfaction in the service that Ron Channels of The Office Space Specialist provided me in my quest to move my law office headquarters to a new location in Santa Ana, California.
Ron came to me after I replied to one of his emails offering his services. At the time I contacted Ron, I had spoken to other Realtors but was not convinced with any of them. The moment I met with Ron I knew I would be choosing the kind of professional that I needed to help me select our new office space.
After hiring him, Ron immediately went to work setting up several appointments for my wife and I to visit. The amazing thing was that he adhered exactly to what our needs were and showed us only properties that would meet our criteria. As a result, we were able to narrow the choices to three properties; one in Mission Viejo managed by Dolphin Partners, one in Santa Ana owned by Colton Company and finally the one we were able to negotiate and move into owned and managed by PRES Company in Santa Ana.
As an attorney, I thought I was the King of negotiations, but I quickly learned that through Rons experience, he was able to negotiate a deal that I would not have dreamed of. Because of the favorable conditions of my lease, I was able to get a larger office space at a lower rent per square foot with a FULL build up, first five months of FREE RENT and the subsequent 7 months at ½ rent. This was a dream deal for me, especially since I will be able to rent out some of my excess space to other professionals to help me with our rent once we begin to pay full rent.
Ron was there for me every step of the way, helping me with the lease language, the tenant improvements and referring me to other suppliers that ended up giving me a substantially better price on items like office furniture, internet cabling and others.
As a result of the relationship that Ron and I have developed and from the quality of his service, he is now my go-to Realtor for any future transactions. I would recommend Ron, without hesitation, to anyone that wishes to receive the kind of service that we all expect from a TRUE professional. Ron, has been so patient and helpful. He was willingly to show us so many warehouses until we found our perfect fit. He followed up with every questions we had and made sure we got the best deal possible. He knows what he's doing and is very good at his job. Highly recommend !!
