No , I would not recommend this Royal Florist.My order was not acknowledged, no receipt sent.After a week of emails with no response.Finally Royal Florists said they were not able to take my order.They did say they would return my payment,Very unprofessional.

I ordered a bouquet through flower.com for my mom's birthday and received one that's nothing like what was shown from the web. After sending a message to flower.com, their reply was that they have reviewed the picture that i sent and have discussed this with the local florist. They were given a breakdown of the arrangement that was sent. Based on the breakdown that was provided, the order was filled to value the price that was paid for the arrangement (I paid almost $100 for this). Some of the arrangements have no specific stem counts (the problem is not just the shortness of flowers, some of the flowers is dying already) for the flowers but they will be filled to the amount allotted for the arrangement. Please be advised that the amount allotted for the arrangement will not only go to the flowers, it also includes the basket/vase and the greens and fillers that will be used on the arrangement. The recipe was followed and it was arranged based on our florist expertise. The arrangement will look exactly like in the picture but will be delivered as close as possible. We deeply value your relationship with Just Flowers and are committed to providing you with the highest level of service simply because our customers deserve the very best. We may apply a partial credit of $5.00 back to your credit card for the inconvenience. We will be waiting for your response regarding this matter. I ordered flowers online to be delivered to my friend who had surgery. I accidentally ordered for the wrong day, and when I called, they were able to get the bouquet out in time that day! However, the bouquet did not look anything like the description on the website. I understand bouquets are all based on availability of flowers but it was way off. I also had ordered for a Mylar balloon to be included and they did not add it to the bouquet. I called twice to get a refund or store credit. The person working said they would have the manager call me back but they never did. I have tried calling back and always get a voicemail. I no longer live in the area and am disappointed I can't trust them to use their online services again, unless I'm in a pinch.
