Passionate Florist

I live out of state and wanted to send my mom flowers for her birthday. I decided to give Helena a try after seeing great recommendations from the local FB group (she was unaware of all the positive reviews about her work). I knew I made the right decision after discussing and sending photos for inspiration. She was so friendly, professional and patient with my questions and concerns. The day of delivery coincided with a major storm in SoCal that she decided to personally deliver the arrangement to ensure a timely delivery. My mom was blown away with the gorgeous flowers and said shes never received a more beautiful arrangement. I will definitely use her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a quality florist.

I wanted to give flowers to a Wonderful Amazing Woman. Because, she had a Doctor's Appointment and she was a little worried... I wanted to replaced those worries with the flowers... but I don't know about flowers . I called Passionate Florist and spoke to Helen. I asked her if they carry Magnolia? Special Order only. Helen asked me multiple questions and She recommended couple different flowers. I was really nervous throughout the day and waited for the Special Someone to call me when she received it..... She Loved it and She keeps Smiling... I think the little worried she had was gone. Thank You So Much Helen! Chris A.

I was in need of some flowers for a funeral and so I called around to get prices and an idea of what type of arrangement to order and to find out an approximant price.  It has been a really long time since I had to procure flowers for a funeral.  I called and spoke with Helena and she was very helpful and explained what sizes etc. are usually ordered.  Because I waited too long to order she said she was not able to help me however she said that she wanted to make a recommendation of a florist that might be able to assist me. She is really nice and asks questions to get an understanding of what I was looking for (size, type of arrangement, flowers, etc.).  I can not comment on the flower arrangement as I have not ordered one yet.  I can comment as say that she is super helpful and very nice.  Just don't be like me and wait until the last moment. If I could give her more stars I would that is how awesome her customer service is.  Miss Helena if you read this thank you so much for your help!!! I really apparated it.

I live in San Francisco and needed an arrangement for a funeral service.  I called and spoke to Helena, who told me she could do it (with only a few days notice).  Not only did she help me out, but she sent me a picture of the finished arrangement and I was blown away by how beautiful and perfect it was.  I had described to her over the phone what I wanted and she completely delivered.  I would not hesitate to recommend Helena and her shop for any floral need.
