However, this below average solely reflects the professionalism / efficiency of her medical assistant, Kayla.
I have literally left Several voicemails - re: an urgent matter! - and have yet to hear back!!
I also no longer receive reminder calls, the day prior to my appt's, which is highly unusual.
I would recommend this facility.. the doctor's I've encountered are great (e.g. a sub, due to re-scheduling)
But again, this review is in regards to the in-office proficiency.
