We had a very bad experience here. We waited an extremely long time for our dog to be seen. We received no updates for hours, and eventually had to take our dog and leave before the problem was resolved, because I trusted my vet to do a better job the following day. My vet was able to resolve the issue in a few minutes. We found the staff to be very rude and unhelpful. I’ve never had such a poor experience at a vet or animal hospital. Highly recommend going somewhere else.

I will NEVER use veterinarian hospitals that are part of a corporation, whether VCA, Banfield or any other business. My pet is not an ATM. I will from now on only go to independent businesses.

Our dog was failing fast and in the middle of the night, we knew it was his time. This was mid May. Max was carefully treated to sleep and we were assured that it was the responsible thing to do. Not expensive -good follow up after ashes were received and we felt responsive in a caring way. I regret not posting this earlier. I glanced at some horrible reviews as i wanted to reconnect with our new dog. Hopefully, this may add some balance. We have told more people about our positive experience.

Our dog was dying and we needed assistance and understanding in the moment. Jessica was so understanding and assisted with the after situation. And then, even that process wasn't expensive but what we valued the most was her manner and understanding that made a difficult situation almost bearable. Thank you!

I called seeking a second opinion. They said they would not see my dog because she has a vet that is not them. They said it's because they don't want to step on another vets medical recommendation. But I believe my dog should have the best care, and that should not be refused that due to some made up political vet code. Absolutely ridiculous. Vets can be wrong. I am owed a second opinion if I want to pay for that. This is not them. Absolutely ridiculous. This was not an impression. Those were the literal words said to me :(( Now, I simply do not believe that care for my dog is their first priority.
