Aquaman Pool & Spa Repair

Sad we couldnt work something out with this guy. Had to constantly call and remind him about the service we requested to be done. A month and a half later we still have not heard anything. Maybe he has a specific clientele he likes to work with and not take on new customers. Glad everyone else had good experiences, but we did not.

Brandon was amazing. He is super busy but still made the appt within the same week. Very knowledgeable regarding pool/spa care and repair, reasonable rates for this speciality and professional. Would greatly recommend him to anyone looking for his services.

If you want reliable service with great customer service skills then don't call Brandon at AquaMan. I wish I could give zero stars. My pool pump burned out. I knew this because it sparked and started to smell then began to smoke. I have a home warranty on my pool so I called my insurance provider. They chose to send AquaMan to my home. He showed up, turned on the pump and said "Your pump is burned up."  Then he said he could no longer replace 1.5 hp pump and that I would have to go up to 2hp. Then he said the insurance would not cover it. I asked how much would it cost if I paid. He said $2200. I asked him to please file an insurance claim to be sure. He said I could buy a pump myself and he would charge me $125 an hour to install it.  He then collected the $75 deductible for my insurance claim and left. Wow $75 for 15 minutes work. This was 2 1/2 months ago. I've been in contact with my insurance several times. He never bothered to file a claim with them. He never returned my calls. I feel very ripped off. He never intended to file a claim. He just wanted to rip off an old lady. I ordered a 1.5 hp pump from Amazon for $125. So I guess his original quote for $2200 included $2000 installation fee. What a rip off. I feel all he was interested in was the easy $75 he made for 15 minutes just to tell me what I already knew. I would not recommend AquaMan to anyone!!

Brandon installed a new motor and pump and did a fantastic job, he's the best!!!
