        Several months ago they cleaned my filter without authorization. In the process they over tightened the filter plug cracking it and when the pump came on it blew the cap off and I lost about 18 of water. I have always cleaned my filter twice a yr. They apologized and I reiterated I clean my own filter and would not pay for this service. Fast forward to today and the service guy Milo, said he would cancel my service if I didnt allow them to clean my filter. (This would have been over $100) So, we are done. Dont walk, run away from this company!!

        I would recommend this company based on my experience. I had the pleasure of working with Sebastian and Mailo, and it was great! I did every bit of my pool remodel remotely, from AZ while everything got handled quickly and easily.

      it is unfortunate that you feel this way, we did make a mistake with your filter however we did fix the issue at no additional charge, and per our records this occurred in 2020 not 6 months ago. Also here is a direct copy of portions of our monthly contract:Includes: weekly visit, check and adjust chlorine, ph, alkalinity, monitor psi, chemical use, empty skimmer basket, cleaner bag and pump basket, brush and net pool and track/monitor all on specialized swimming pool software.***Pools Plus is a full service company and request that we perform all needed repairs and maintenance.*** FILTER CLEANINGS & REPAIRS NOT INCLUDED (but are done automatically every 6 months or when psi is 10 lbs above starting)*** PAYMENT OPTIONS MUST BE SET UP WITH ACH,CREDIT CARD OR PREPAY minimum 6 months in advanced prior to starting service (credit card will incur additional $10 fee)it clearly states we are a full service company and will do filters automatically. we spoke with you you did not want to let us do the filter so we decided to part ways. we wish you the best going forward.
