Restaurant on S. Mooney Blvd is non friendly to Veteran Disabled person or matter of fact to any customers on the 15th of July around 1100 hrs. The waiting time to order was long and after ordering the time waiting was longer. A few customers left due to waiting in line and also requested to cancel their orders. Crew leader was rude and didn’t really care. My order was missing an item which was paid for and this crew leader said wait and she’ll ring up what was missing and wanted to charge for something I paid for 😳 To make things worse I called the Corporate office to complain and the sweet front desk said that she’ll send Andrea (manager) a message to contact me. No complaint to the sweet front desk girl. I waited for 4 hours and no response. I called back again and the person said she’ll send another e-mail to Andrea and will get back to me probably by the next day. Hey as of today I never heard back from this Andrea. Word of mouth is the best advertisement. But it works two ways. It could help or hurt a business. I belong to a local Veteran’s Organization. My question now is how would you like me to advertise for you 🤔

This Place has the worst customer service Ever!!! They need a whole New Crew starting with the manger he does not know how to run the business. They give you food that has been sitting there for a long time it’s all stale and nasty!! The meat in the burgers is cold and lettuce is black 🤮 I called back to see if they would Correct their mistakes but they were trying to offer me a Value meal 😂😂😂 i do not want ur dollar menu stuff!!!
