Very unpleasant experience: Only female painting appraiser was polite. The yamika-wearing associate was patronizing and rude to me. Telling me one item I brought in was worth $100, but he wouldn't buy it from me and then insulted me because I wasn't smiling. I don't recommend this place for women. My husband didn't help me because he went back to the car. I'm probably not going there again.

They are some pretty straight forward no BS kind of place. Ive brought in a couple items which were of pretty high value, they were honest enough to tell me that they couldnt match the price Id get at another specific business. Other times theyve even talked me out of selling something, advising I wait as the value will increase. Sure enough, they were right. Respectful and righteous. In fact, the first time I went in there, I couldnt help but linger at every counter just looking at everything, they did not mind at all. I wish I could remember the gentlemans name who approached and struck up some convo with me detailing some of the pieces and answering some of my questions knowing full well that I was just looking. Don't waste your time here! Their displays cases are empty! I went asking for silver to buy and they told me go on their ebay store and buy there! The "manager/owner" said they don't have anything to sell of value it's been already sorted out by the "experts" and its already for sale at their eBay store!! What kind of business is this? Also not mention the store had a weird smell to it!!

I was helped via email by Jennifer. She was absolutely great and so helpful. I received the bracelet in record time and all with her help. The transaction was perfect from beginning to end. I will buy from them again. Thank you again!
