Lowell Construction is professional, prompt, and personable and the best out of 29 concrete contractors I called to have work done on our condominium driveway and carport. He was one of only two who showed up to give an estimate (out of 29 concrete contractors) & was by far the most professional with superb customer service and the best affordable price.
Lowell, the owner, responds to calls & texts quickly and is always readily available to talk to you personally. Also, he was good at problem solving our carport drainage problem and was able to start the next day.
Lowell, is knowledgeable and experienced and did a great job installing a French drain at the end of our carport to keep the water from flowing in to the carport.
