If this company would return my phone calls to address the issues we're having maybe we could figure something out. I'm SO disappointed in their customer service and high costs!Had two other people look at fixing a job Premium should have done and both said the total would be between $700-$900. Premium wanted another $5000 from me and had the audacity to say "it's not that expensive."Also just looked up their license and it is EXPIRED and they have several complaints. Their owner is now operating under a new business title and license. Shady? Yes.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. DO NOT deal with these unethical, manipulative and pathological lying "contractors". Do your due diligence by checking with the contractors board.

After several months in 2020 of receiving multiple quotes to remodel our master bathroom, comparing and contrasting pricing, timeline, customer service, knowledge, and level of expertise we went with Premium Remodeling. Boy were we blown away. Yossi is the best person we had to deal with. He arrived on time, gave us a thorough explanation of the process, was friendly, straightforward, and just overall a kind good person. We were so worried that being new to California that we would be taken advantage of. What Yossi shared in regards to the timeline, expenses, recommendations, the process during our initial quote was exactly the way it happened. We put our full trust in this company and they delivered. They worked with our work schedule and made it feel seamless. Yossi was always available by phone no matter the time of day and recommended cost-efficient manufacturers to save on overall pricing for purchasing materials. After about 3 weeks of our master bathroom being remodeled, we decided to have our kitchen remodeled with them as well. They were about $2000 higher in price when comparing to another company however, we knew that Premier will deliver and we loved the attention to detail that they offered, so we paid the extra money. All in all, we will do business with them in the future. They even offer financing which is a great option. Thank you Premier for everything you have done and a personal thank you to Yossi for making our home look amazing!

AVOID THESE SCAM ARTISTS AT ALL COST!!!!!!!! Possibly the worst contractor experience that I have ever dealt with in my life. My elderly parents contracted with premium remodeling, for some mold removal, and some slight upgrades to our bathrooms.  And all my parents wanted was some mold removed,  The slick talking swindling salesman came out, and bamboozled my parents into a $65,000 contract and shady loan, which was only agreed to initially because of my dad's poor mental state. After I caught wind of the situation, I insisted that they canceled the contract, and sending a certified Letter of cancellation. Which my mom did, and which premium remodeling received. The slick talking salesman, managed to convince my parents that they could do very nice job for much less money.  Oh so once again, the slimy sales guy came to my parents house, and talked them into a $27,000 contract, and another loan with the shady green sky lending company.  This was done without my knowledge. So the new contract was executed and the work was performed, there is absolutely no way shape or form, the $27,000 worth of work was done.  I have had three contractors look at the work they have all said the same thing, that there's no way that what they did was worth over $15,000.  On top of that these guys subcontract everything, they don't have any Actual employees is doing the work.  The sales representative promised my geriatric mother that insurance was going to pay for everything, and that he was going to take care of all of it. Well, that wonderful fellow simply disappeared after the contract was signed. Never helped with anything, never provided anything, and my parents were never able to get any insurance money for this.  The quality of the work is decent at best. Two years later, things are falling off, door seals coming unglued, you name it.But here's the best part with these people.  They never canceled the initial $60,000 loan that was taken out under my parents good credit. They kept the loan active, on top of that they used all of the money. About a year after the installation was done, and my parents we're almost done paying off the first loan, they began getting bills for the original $60,000 loan. I called the main office and talked to an incredibly rude gentleman in the main office, with a Middle Eastern accent Who was arrogantly insistent that they had use that $60,000 up with the remodel. Regardless of the fact that my mom sent in a certified letter canceling that loan. So now for the last year and a half my parents have been stressed out of their minds dealing with this, and these scam artists. We have had our attorney contact them, contact the loan company, explaining that my parents have no liability for this $60,000 loan, but regardless, they have now ruined my parents credit, and now ruining my parents golden years. These people are bottom feeding blood sucking leeches.  They have zero compassion remorse or soul.  We are now having to get a second attorney involved with this situation, my dad has terrible Alzheimer's disease, on top of a number of other health issues, and my mom is sick to her stomach having to deal with this.  They are clearly in cahoots with this shady green sky loan company, because they are not helping either. Contractors like this need to be put on blast so that nobody else has to go through this nightmare that we have.  We will be filing a lawsuit, as well as complaint with the CSLB, and the Better Business Bureau.  How do you's people actually sleep at night is well beyond me.
