I've been buying cars from Richard and Rebecca for over ten years now, and every car has been (and is still in) great condition. They really go the extra mile (ha) to make sure they save you the most money while making sure you get the most value out of your car. Best part is, if anything is ever wrong with your car you can always stop by and they'll take a look at it for free!

R and R Automobiles has really disappointed us with their reliability and service. We bought a Dodge Sprinter van from R and R and they told us they would take care of the registration. We paid them the fee and told them EXPLICITLY to please register the vehicle as personal, not commercial. We read on the CA DMV website the qualifications for both kinds of registration and we knew that our vehicle qualifies as personal because of the gross weight. After several weeks of still no registration, they finally got our license plate to us in the mail and we see that they registered it as commercial. This means we have to get commercial licenses and pay substantially more every time we renew registration. We even said that if for whatever reason the DMV insisted on registering it as commercial to NOT REGISTER it there and we would take care of it ourselves. The most frustrating part is that they enclosed with the license plate the reasons why it has to be commercial and not personal...yet the website address at the top of the page tells us that these are regulations from the New York DMV, not the CA DMV. This company has been very careless and slow-moving in getting us our already over-due registration and I hope this review will prevent anyone else from having to go through the same problem with them.EDIT** Just talked with the Redwood City DMV and they said we can switch it to personal if we can just show that there is a bed in the back...which R and R knew we would have since we plan on camping in it. Again...incompetence.

This is the dealership that you want to buy your pre-owned Mercedes from! Last year I met Richard and told him what I was looking for. I really appreciated him taking the time to listen and as a result I bought a beautiful S430 from him. Richard, Rebecca, and Eric are a family owned and operated business and they are awesome to work with. They were great about fixing a few things on the car and I bring it to them for service every 3K miles. From now on Richard is not only the only man I will buy my cars from but he has proven himself to be authentically honest and I consider him a good friend. The other day I went to see Richard and I left having purchased an anniversary gift for my wife... The silver clk 55 AMG Convertible is no longer on the lot. I met my wife for lunch in Benicia and surprised her with her new car. You should have seen her face... I think she liked it!Do yourself a favor, just go over to see Richard, Rebecca, and Eric (and their 2 little dogs) and tell them that Mike says, "hi." I suggest taking a few treats for the dogs.
