Update 1 :Today, Dec 19th, is my second time getting repair, Nothing major, but my experience was way better than my first visit. Greg the advisor was extremely nice to me, although I was stressed he made things seems easy and simple and gained my trust. Sometime its the person who you deal with make the difference, so please don't take all these bad reviews and forget there are great people that actually want to help. Look for Greg at service desk even if he was busy its worth the wait, he will take care of you. So far I just visited the dealership and couldn't find a car in stock yet. But I like to appreciate how accumdating John F. and welcoming he is.. looking forward to meet him again.

Terrible experience! Avoid this place at all costs, not trust worthy and they lie! After finding online a Dodge Promaster work van they had on their lot, I contacted salesman Brent about the vehicle, I explained to him in live in Oregon and would be traveling down to Vellajo to purchase the vehicle if he could give me some reassurance the vehicle is in good running order...the deal would be all but done! I was told over and over how great of shape the vehicle is in, even that he drove the vehicle himself and everything's perfect. We discussed for a few days my options for purchasing this vehicle, he pushed hard for me to e-sign for the vehicle to hold it for me, I repeatedly told him no! I will not go on contract sight un-seen! I offered a deposit of $1000 to hold the vehicle, I was told no! they don't hold vehicles.(im guessing a ploy to get me to e-sign)...fine.. I'll roll the dice and risk missing out on the vehicle. This should have been my first red flag. Second red flag, they wouldn't budge on the price what's so ever, Fine..the vehicle wasn't over priced so we move forward. I waited until the night before I planned on flying down before purchasing my plane ticket (which is twice as expensive) to have better chance of the van not being sold before I could arrive. I explained to Brent that it would be just me in person and would need to "e-sign" for my wife who would also be on the loan....now I'm told e-sign is no longer an option. Fine, I purchased another plane ticket for my wife and we make arrangements for child care. We catch the flight at 6am and arrive in San Francisco a few hours later, we catch an Uber to Vellajo and arrive about 8:50am, I'm told Brent doesn't work that day but Saeed will be there at 9am to help us, we wait...he arrives late, after waiting for almost an hour, he shows up and brings the vehicle around for the test drive, I give it a quick visual inspection everything looks decent. I get into the drivers seat and press the brakes to start the van, and the pedal goes almost to the floor!...not good. I figure maybe they can bleed the brakes before I purchase. I start driving the vehicle and hear a nasty rattling noise coming from the engine compartment, I look at my wife in disbelief! we can't believe this happening! We were told OVER and OVER by Brent how great shape the van is in! I drive the van back and tell Saeed about the issues, we talk to the service manager and with an attitude tells me how that vehicle has been inspected by his staff also the Dodge staff....."yeah right". They have a tech. drive with me in the passenger seat of the van, he didn't even need to drive it more than a block before turning around, he takes it back into shop. At this point I'm pissed! and out $1200-$1500, just to get down there, with no vehicle. Saeed has the nerve to ask me if I'd like to start on paperwork.... My wife and I walk to Applebee's about a mile down the road in the rain, we are cold, pissed off and now wet! We searched online while eating our lunch for Promaster Van's in the area and decided to take a chance at a vehicle in Pittsburgh CA. We Uber to a small commercial dealership, explained to them what happened, they are APPALLED! how we were treated and reassured us that's not how they do buisness. Luckily for us they went above and beyond and we purchased a Promaster with less miles in WAY better shape and were on the road and back home by 9pm. I've purchased many vehicles from out of State and this was an absolute nightmare experience. In hindsight, I should've seen the redflags. Toyota Vellajo clearly cares only about selling the vehicle and not the customer! Choose carefully who you do buisness with people, I wouldn't spend one red cent at this place in the future! -Kelly in Oregon.

The buying experience with the Finance MGR Brian Wibben was a horrible experience (Benician) because he was upselling toyota products loan products (tactics) and more-so concerned about his fat commission. He raises his voices toward customers and argues. EXTREMELY unprofessional. NO INTEGRITY. Additionally, Ricky Mellomida, Andrew Kahrimanian are a corrupt team. BEWARE. Be careful when closing a deal these 3 people because they are corrupt in their negotiating tactics. No Integrity and are not truthful people. Pay close attention your numbers and they will try to manipulate you. BEWARE. We will never purchase from Vallejo Toyota again because of unprofessional service toward their customers. The survey from Toyota Corporate will reflect these comments and more details of the experience at Vallejo Toyota. Do not buy from this dealership they are CROOKS.
