This place lost my business rather quickly. I told the employee what my project was and what kind of tile I was looking for. He made tedious work of looking up prices for me and quickly lost patience with my questions. Another worker walked in, ignored me, and started talking to the other worker about confusion with another order. My cue to leave.

Went through this business twice, once for laminate flooring and once for quartz countertops. When they installed the flooring the workers broke the handle off of my brand new oven. The installer said he would throw in the flooring in the closet if I fixed the oven handle which I agreed to (poor decision). Also once the job was completed the installers didn't replace the toiled and the pedestal sink in the bathroom. I had to contact Mike at Home Fashion Expo and he had to send the installer back out to replace the toilet and sink. We should have not gone back to them after that but we decided to get our countertops replaced some time later and went through Mike. The countertops were installed and they looked great for the exception that only the sink was mounted. All of the plumbing under the sink, including the faucet and everything else that belongs on the countertop had just been thrown under the sink. Also all of the edges surrounding the countertop the drywall and paint had been badly chipped and broken as well as underneath our countertop the support beams were almost completely broke off. I contacted Mike and his response was that his guys aren't plumbers so there was nothing he could do, and that the paint and drywall are just something that I have to fix. After about 10 minutes of arguing Mike reluctantly said he would send a plumber over. And it took two and a half weeks to get someone to fix the drywall and paint. Even though he sent someone out the faucet is still not properly installed and the drywall and paint still looks horrible. Don't go through this company, they will give you a good price but they will not finish the job and it will be a long fought battle to get them to finish it. Will never go back or recommend them to anyone. P.S.- I spoke to the the sub-contractor that Mike went through for the countertops and they told me that Mike does this all the time and most people don't bother calling him out on his bullshit so he gets away with it.
