I started to write a lengthy explanation but deleted it because no one will read it all and this should not be a therapy season. Here is what you need to know:1. They way overpromised knowing what our budget was from the beginning of the project. 2. Way underdelivered anything epic or even marginally inspiring for designs. 3. Tried to "handle" us like they probably have with so many others when they were not meeting expectations. 4. Spent a lot of money with nothing useful in the end from them. 5. Ended up with a great company and a great builder and so happy we did not struggle through working with this terrible business. Find another architect unless you enjoy overpaying for subpar work, being dismissed or ignored and handled like you are ignorant to what they are doing.
