We had a horrible experience with the 15" foot truck we rented. The trailer door on our last run got messed up as we were about to close it after filling it up entirely. The steel wires on the truck to help the door coil up got tangled, I had to call for assistance which took over 2 hours. I had to call off of work because I had a loaded truck with no way of closing and locking it. The guy came and had no way of fixing it besides cutting the wires so the door so it would shut. Which ment I had to have someone holding this 300+ pound steel door open while we unloaded this fully loaded truck. When we returned the truck the employee did take a day off of our rental agreement, but with this sort of problem a full refund is what should of been offered.
