Do not buy from this company! No return policy, store credit ONLY. They have sold to our family for 20 plus years and not exceptions. Guys make sure she LOVES it before you buy. Owner was very condescending when I called to question her policy. $1300 down the drain on an OVERPRICED necklace.
As I could not reply to the owners totally unprofessional response I will add to my review ... let's just say the lack of professionalism says it all. 1 year later! I am more familiar with better brands so the quality your store offers is not for me. Simple as that.

I have been going to Valalan’s and dealing with Alice for all my jewelry needs for probably over 30 years. I have never come away disappointed with either the information gathered or a purchase. I have been doing business at Valalan’s since 1993. Excellent service and top quality jewelry. I have personally referred more than 100 people to this business I trust and believe in them so much. They will work within your budget and get you the best product in your price range. They go out of their way to make it right. Alice, Amy and their staff are TOP SHELF! Looking forward to my next purchase.
