As much as we wanted to support a family business, our experience with ring shopping was no less than a nightmare. We designed a ring with the older gentleman and when he proposed the ring was so small it barely fit my pinky finger. My engagement moment felt ruined as I couldnt even wear my ring & the design was not how it had been designed. We decided to go back and ask them to fix these issues but of course this was not without extra charges(that we honestly shouldnt of had to pay). Unfortunately, a month later we picked up yet again another bad ring, this time the ring was too wide. Out of frustration, we did not ask them to resize the ring, we figured they had messed up two times, so why trust them again. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Precise jewelers are awesome. I worked with Chris and he was very up front and easy to work with. They have a plethora of wedding rings and other outstanding jewelry pieces. There is no need to go downtown LA jewelry mart. They have great prices, outstanding selections and great service!

Highly recommend!!! My fiance and I had the best experience working with Chris at Precise Jewelers. It was extremely evident that Chris cares about his customers as if they are his own family. He was patient and worked with us to find the perfect ring and made sure we were 100% satisfied with the end result. He is also extremely knowledgeable about the diamonds and helped us to understand the differences in quality, cut, size, etc. Overall he made our experience perfect, which is so important when you are picking out a ring to wear for the rest of your life. Chris and George are not only excellent jewellers... they are kind, knowledgeable, sincere and down right good people. The selection of jewelry and watches are breathtaking. They did a perfect job sizing my ring. My highest recommendations go out to Precise Jewelers. If you're looking for high end jewelry or watches this is the only place you need to shop.
