        Horrible experience. Everyone at the store gave wrong information on price and availability of phones. I had to confirm what I wanted multiple times. My bill went up over a $100 after I left without warning. Somehow they changed my plan without telling me.

        When they asked me to do an activity with a new phone, I tried not to do it from the beginning. Do it yourself on the internet. I waited for an hour and finally returned without service. It says that the internet is not working, but there is no reason. It was really unpleasant and disappointing.
