Kristopher was one of the most obnoxious customer service representatives ever, bro acted like he didnt even want help me, bought a new phone and he lied and said I couldnt get a newer iPhone nor did buddy offer me any additional add on services until I inquired. Honestly dont even want to get the phone with him, just got tired of him wasting my time, what really through me off the edge was when I asked did the phone come wit a free screen protector or anything he said no, went to the location on pacific coast Highway about 3 miles away and they gladly fixed what Kristopher didnt want to do. My advise is if you really dont want to work in customer service get a new job Kristopher and most importantly treat people like people.

I'm changing my 5 stars to 3 stars. During my last visit, the workers were unfriendly and dismissive compared to the previous time I visited.

Please dont go here. We brought a new Samsung phone and we had an issue with it within 6 months. When we took it to back, they said there is nothing we can do and not willing to help. Manager at this store was very rude and told me, you should have purchase the insurance and laughed at me. I went to other T-Mobile store on Hawthorn and Torrance, they were able to identify the issues and then worked with Samsung/ T-Mobile to warranty out the phone. Dont go here and waste your time with unfriendly staff.
