Went to add a line no one even said hello. So much for customer service. They were too busy listen hip hop and doing nothing.

Not sure what service they provide at this location but is definitely not customer service. No one welcomes you. One employee was really busy with her boyfriend while the other employee might've been too tired because she remained sitting on top of the desk/counter. When I pulled the phone to see it and feel it, all she could say while still sitting on the desk/counter, don't pull the phone from the stand. When I asked for some phones to see them and feel them, her reply was, that is it. I mean all you get to see is the from and couldn't even get an idea what they look from behind. At no point did she or anyone else for that matter offered to assist us in anyway.

This is the store to go to if you want to find surprise charges on your account. My brother (an authorized user on my account) came in yesterday to do a simple upgrade and trade in his old phone. I was called to confirm the passcode I was texted. As I was on the phone with my brother and the rep I also received a text telling me I have a new proxy by digits phone number. I questioned it with the rep and he didn't know what it was and assured me it was nothing. I took his word and asked that he notate my account with what he told me. Cut to the next morning. I receive a text message from T-Mobile thanking me for adding a line. I check my online account and *shocker* there's a new line on there. That's $10/month with no phone. At this point I'm livid and immediately call customer care. I explain the situation and they thankfully cancelled the line. I am sure there will be residual fees with that line and I will waste more time with customer care. To add to that, my brother received a text on his line about Protect360, which he did NOT opt in for. I went online and removed it from the account. In summary if a rep doesn't know the products and services the company sells, then don't work there. If management allows this type of behavior from their reps to hit their metrics and they in turn hit theirs. Then they are the problem too. I worked in mobile services for years myself so I know the sales tactics and hope people don't review their accounts so they get paid commission. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time at this store. I'm glad I live far enough that I don't have to.
