When I first came to Dr.Ruano I was in a very high level of pain in my neck, shoulder and lower back; I had dealt with the pain until I could no longer move my neck and it hurt to sit, stand and even lay down. It's been a few weeks in with consistent treatment and I feel like a new me! I have full mobility in my neck again and my back pain is very low and manageable. Every visit I feel better and better! This is with no pain medicine, just consistent adjustments. Dr.Ruano is a true healer and a pleasure to be around, his energy is very calming and happy, I always look forward to my future visits! Not all adjustments are created equal! Doc Ruano is very thorough and knowledgeable.  A standout in his field. His analysis offered a good explanation of my symptoms and I had noticeable relief after my adjustments.  Highly recommend!

Wow, Dr. Ruano is amazing.  I had ongoing shoulder that lasted for about 6 months.  I was convinced I probably did significant damage due to the level of discomfort when raising my arm above my shoulder.  Nothing was working to get rid of the pain. Dr Ruano was able to make an adjustment that fixed my shoulder and it has held for the last month and it feels like new!
