I have been seeing Dr. Moore for over five years. I will not go to anyone else, nor should you! His care is beyond exceptional. Dr Moore is highly knowledgeable and takes the time to listen to your concerns and explain the treatment plan. The adjustments are gentle yet effective, and I always get relief from my neck and back pain. I could actually write a novel on all the positive life changing care not only I have received, but my daughter, who is a college lacrosse player, but it would take me years to finish! So to sum it up, the office is clean and well-maintained, creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere. I was referred to Revive Health and Wellness because several acquaintances went there and had only good things to say. I really appreciate how thorough, patient, and caring Dr. Jay was at the consultation and follow-up appointment. I believe his expertise goes way beyond just chiropractic... I'd venture to say he could also be a functional medicine doctor simply based on his commitment to looking at the body and brain as a unit. Highly recommend!

Dr. Moore and his office are exceptional in every regard. In choosing to work with them, I have been able to deal with a host of autoimmune health concerns and get back to where I needed to be in a realistic yet relatively short period of time. Dr. Moores procedure of medicine is deeply science-based, and yet leans heavily on natural and holistic methods of helping both the body and mind return to balance. I highly recommend their office and am grateful for the entirety of what they have to offer.

Dr Moore is very professional and very attentive. I am 80 years old, and his care has made my life better. I had level 8 pain in my neck, my upper back, my left arm, and my hips. The pain in my neck has disappeared. For the other areas of my body, the pain has gone down to a level 4. I can now put on my socks and cut my toe nails by myself. I can easily turn my neck, I can walk better, and I can also hike ! After 3 months, I now feel well, instead of being in constant pain.
