My wife and I have been going to Facey Medical Group for about 6 months now and I have to say they're good. Dr. Lewis, Dr. Lowe and Dr. Levy as well as the lab staff and the others are always friendly and helpful. Their nurse went out of his way to find a steroid injection for me that nobody in town had. They're not perfect but what medical office is. I do feel they care about my needs and my health which can be hard to find these days. Thanks Facey!

I scheduled an appointment for November 20. Nothing was available before. Im waiting for this upcoming appointment for two months. Today I received a phone call saying they need to reschedule. The first appointment available is for January 2024. When I was asked, why are you taking patient? If clearly, you dont have time to see them, I didnt receive any respond. Do yourself a favor. If you need to see a doctor dont schedule with them.

Went in for routine bloodwork on Monday 8/28/23, as a part of my well woman exam. The nurse at the blood draw lab, on the 2nd floor, was nice enough but she completely blew my vein. It was an extremely painful blood draw and bruised really badly. Check out the pic I posted in the photo section. I had plenty of draws through both of my recent pregnancies and this has been by far the worst experience in years. The nurse does this all day long and I have good veins. No excuse to have missed this so badly. Do better.

Too bad I cant leave a zero stars review. They schedule too many patients, which makes it difficult for the doctor to stay on schedule. You have to wait an hour past your appointment time to be seen by the doctor. Shame shame shame. Profits over patients at Facey.

I had the supervisor call
Me and he treated me awfully and he was calling me about a terrible situation. I cant believe after doing what he did he hung up on a pregnant woman who was crying. This place is awful/
