Facey Medical Group - Tarzana Primary Care

Went in for routine bloodwork on Monday 8/28/23, as a part of my well woman exam. The nurse at the blood draw lab, on the 2nd floor, was nice enough but she completely blew my vein. It was an extremely painful blood draw and bruised really badly. Check out the pic I posted in the photo section. I had plenty of draws through both of my recent pregnancies and this has been by far the worst experience in years. The nurse does this all day long and I have good veins. No excuse to have missed this so badly. Do better.

My only complaint about providence is there inability to get immediate care or sympathize for the patients. My son fractured his elbow Sunday night, we took him to the emergency room and was provided a temporary splint. Monday morning he was seen by Dr. ******* who submitted a referral but the information was incorrect ( he fractured his left elbow not his left femur). We requested an updated letter on Tuesday and Wednesday still nothing. It is now Thursday and request still hasn't been submitted. ANY PARENT WOULD BE LIVID IN THIS SITUATION! This type of help is pathetic and downright criminal. Had it been their child this type of service wouldn't fly. Anyways I'm thinking about leaving Facey and going elsewhere for better care. Out of respect for the DR. i didn't include his name because he's been good to my son and we have total respect for him!

Too bad I cant leave a zero stars review. They schedule too many patients, which makes it difficult for the doctor to stay on schedule. You have to wait an hour past your appointment time to be seen by the doctor. Shame shame shame. Profits over patients at Facey.

I had the supervisor call Me and he treated me awfully and he was calling me about a terrible situation. I cant believe after doing what he did he hung up on a pregnant woman who was crying. This place is awful/

I WAS a patient of Dr. Diana Wong for many years and like her very much. 10 months after my well woman visit of 2021 I received a bill from Facey for a visit which is covered 100% by Medicare. I spent weeks communicating with Dr Wong who assured me that her notes stated it was a well-woman visit. After numerous phone calls and electronic messages I was told by her office staff that this happened to several Medicare patients. Merna from Facey had the nerve to call me yesterday (15 months after the fraudulent billing) telling me that the visit was billed correctly. My advice is to steer clear of Facey Medical unless you want to deal with an ignorant and arrogant billing department.
