        Very Rude! Zang or whatever her name is. I came in to Cash a Union Bank check, and this lady was very rude and said if I didn't bank with them why don't I go cash it at my bank it's easier. I was like really ???  She said if you bank with Bank of America it's down the street you can go deposit! Wow people like this should not be in customer service. I walked out. Wasted my time!!!

        99 Downtown has always been my go to branch,the people there are like friends to me,most the time we conversate on present life whether it be good or bad,thanks you guys for being patient and very helpful!
