The tellers, bankers, and managers are so sweet. I love this branch. They opened the new account and got my funds avaliable right away. Charlene is the best banker I've ever worked with. She went above and beyond to help me open another account. I'm a returning customer. I don't like that Chase never gave me the new customer deal when I first signed up in 2005. Now as a returning customer they won't give me any deals but my friends received them.

The manager and the bankers are clueless. I asked the banker if my wife could open a new account and showed the address proofs, etc. Once she confirmed everything was good, i went to pick up my wife and returned with all the docs. The manager stopped me at the reception and talked for 5 min that the documents are invalid and they can not accept. All this happened with us standing for minutes near the sign in desk. Didn't feel good about the way the situation was handled. I left my full name with the reception, and they could have at least called saying they can not open. The banker lady did not even come to apologize for the late communication . FYI, I opened an account for my wife at 2 different banks with the same proofs a day later. Though this bank is closest to my work and home, i don't think I am coming back here ever again.
