***WARNING, scammers*** Just like other people commented (wish I had read them before I ordered), they canceled the flowers that I sent to my best friend for her 40th birthday in the afternoon it was to be delivered. They said they had supply chain issues. I quickly found a very nice flower shop that agreed to get the flowers delivered quickly. I was told that this is actually not a florist. What they are doing is taking flower orders and having someone else do the work. For example, you pay for a $100 arrangement, they turn around and contact a florist to do a $75 arrangement. The local florists have caught on to the scam and aren't fulfilling their orders. What a shameful practice. I'm not even certain they are in the USA based on the thick accent. I will be looking for my refund on my credit card or they will end up with much bigger problems.

They confirmed order 1 day before delivery, then cancelled on my 31st anniversary morning. I should have read the reviews, I guess they don't care about repeat business...

Wow, this shop is really bad! Don't trust them. I placed an order 1 week in advance & they cancelled it the day of delivery!! Boy am I mad about this.

Very late review..I got married in Lake Tahoe July 2017 and called flowers by Terri for a last minute bouquet and boutonniere and it turned out beautiful! Highly recommend!

I can't thank Terry enough! I'm beyond thrilled Terry was part of my "A-Team." I was a bit lost with all the different styles, colors and wedding ideas. When my fiancé and I had our first meeting with Terry, she put all our likes and dislikes in paper. Somehow the artist in her nailed every detailed in the short time we sat down. Honestly, she went above and beyond the call of duty. She created all the décor for my head tables, guest tables, guestbook table, cake table (pictures posted)... etc. Literally, every single table had her touch. She did everything efficiently and re-used all of the ceremony décor into the reception and dinner. My budget was moderate but the again I was open to all flowers that were in season. As long as the flowers and greenery had soft pastel colors. Terry answered every call, every email and ever request in a timely manner. If you get to work with her consider yourself lucky. She books up well in advance so don't dwell in reaching out. Ohhh and if you're venue is the Hellman-Ehrman mansion, Terry has you covered. The venue has incredibly difficult limitations.
