    Above and beyond our dreams. These were our Dream Boquet's. All build on a dagger base. We explained what we were going for, and Karen nailed it. Flowers were ordered and came in perfect. She got the bride Black Roses, and they were amazing. Highley recomend! The whole team was fabulous! MOB

    Called to see about getting some loose flowers to make a bouquet for my soon to be daughter in law, and a couple of corsages and boutonnieres. Karen was not very helpful at all. Anything I wanted, was automatically special order. The event is a week away. I don't want what she has in stock now, it would be too old or dead. As for loose flowers, had to be in bunches, because, special order, and prepaid. Not a big deal on prepaying, take issue with having to buy way more flowers than I need. Not willing to just wrap me up out of what she had when I came in next week. And she was rude. So focused on what she wouldn't do.... Whatever happened to customer service??? I was a retail florist for 30 years... Never have I run into this complete unwillingness to help out a fellow florist!!! Update to the reply the owner sent..... I went to Raley's instead. From me that is the biggest insult I could give another florist, is to go to the grocery store for flowers. Found everything I needed, including some gorgeous phalenopsis orchids. My new daughter in law was so happy!!!

    I'm disappointed that I find myself returning to yelp to write a negative review. But after being charged $190 for a small bouquet, 7 balloons, and delivery, I don't find myself with much of an option.The only thing I'll give this shop credit for is speed in putting together and delivering a bouquet. Had they not called the recipient and identified themselves as enchanted florist with a special flower delivery, I might have let everything else slide. But that's just it. They ruined the surprise. And the owner had absolutely no sympathy for that. All she can say is "it's standard practice so we don't have to make another delivery attempt." I'm sorry, but if you're charging $30 for delivery, take the hit as a business. I even called the shop before hand and let them know the recipients hours and assured them she'd be present for the delivery if it was delivered before 5. The ONLY circumstance in which the recipient should have been contacted is if the delivery was attempted and no one could be reached. All that and they still handed the bouquet over to employees of the business, not the recipient. So what was the point in calling in the first place?I asked Karen for a refund of the delivery fee ($30) and a discount on the arrangement ($20 off $120) because the bouquet was small and did not meet expectations. I paid for a premium bouquet and upgraded it with $30 extra, but instead received the standard bouquet as displayed in the pictures. Which leads me to my next point. Pictures shown are apparently all for premium versions of the bouquets. I can only imagine how small the standard ones are. Karen ghosted me when I made this request but had previously offered 20% off my next purchase. As if I would "take advantage" of 20% off grossly marked up prices to begin with. Seriously, $190 for 7 balloons, delivery, and a small bouquet? What a joke! Pretty sure even with a $50 refund the shop would have been profiting a hefty sum. The code is TAHOE20 if anyone reading this is in a spot desperate enough to use this shop. I'll certainly be telling everyone I know to steer clear.

Hello Katie,Can we start over?I am sorry how you felt about our phone call. You wanted to purchase specific flowers that I don't regularly carry, so the flowers you wanted would need to be a special order, priced by the bunch, not by the stem. All special orders need to be prepaid, in advance. I'm sure most florist will agree with this policy.Please stop by when you're in town and I'd be happy to help you with your flower needs with what we have in stock!My best,Karen
