Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I came to this enterprise due to an accident so my day was a little rough. However, Kyle made the rental process smooth for me and it brightened my mood. My insurance was taking care of everything so I didn't have to do any paperwork. The lobby was filled with a lot of people but Kyle with his octopus abilities was able to assist everyone and minimizing long waits. He also had a real great sense of humor and was very accommodating. Arly who prepared my vehicle was also super friendly and moved efficiently. He was also very patient with me as I wanted to switch cars due to other reasons. Overall, this is a real great team!

Had some car issues, needed a rental car to get myself to work and get around over the weekend. Set up a reservation on a Wednesday, dropped my car off at the shop Thursday, Enterprise came and picked me up from the shop very quickly after I called them, drove me to the location, and got me out of there in minutes. Actually got my car repaired that Friday, returned the car after work, Enterprise drove me back to the shop, and I was on my way! Sammy/Sammie, you were so helpful, sociable, and kind. Thank you for the great rental experience!

These folks are awesome. Sami Thakur treated us like family. She stepped up and took us through the entire process worry free. When we returned the car she was ready to close the deal like a true professional she even drove us up to get our car back from the dealership. Sami went above and beyond. THANK YOU!!!!!
