        Cort is a horrible, unreliable, unresponsive company who will find anything to charge you for even though they will neglect you the entire time of your lease. I had issues and either had no response from the company or they said a manager would contact me, but they never did. After constantly calling, I gave up and decided to deal with the broken dresser and broken couch. When they finally come and pick up my furniture after being ignored the entirety of my lease, they told me my furniture was fine and there were no issues. Then they send me a bill for damages that were there when they delivered to me! Please do yourselves a favor and find your furniture elsewhere so you don't have to deal with this careless customer service.

        Friendly and welcoming-- the family business feel is there with CORT Furniture Rental. I received great customer service from shopping to delivery. I didn't feel rushed or pressured, and had great assistance in choosing the right mattress for me. The delivery and warehouse team were helpful and provided great service as well. I definitely recommend this business, and am happy I chose CORT Furniture Rental to help get settled in after cross-country relocation. Thanks CORT Furniture Rental!
