Wonderful customer service! Great quality and pricing too!! I called looking for office furniture that I needed for the same day. James helped me out, he emailed me pictures of the furniture I needed within 5 minutes of my call, the prices was super reasonable and the quality was great! We picked up the furniture within 30 minutes! I called him back because I realized I needed an extra desk! Well.. James came through and took my payment over the phone so I didn't have to go to the store. The service was super convenient, the quality of the furniture was great and the price was excellent! I highly recommend CORT!

Cort is a horrible, unreliable, unresponsive company who will find anything to charge you for even though they will neglect you the entire time of your lease. I had issues and either had no response from the company or they said a manager would contact me, but they never did. After constantly calling, I gave up and decided to deal with the broken dresser and broken couch. When they finally come and pick up my furniture after being ignored the entirety of my lease, they told me my furniture was fine and there were no issues. Then they send me a bill for damages that were there when they delivered to me! Please do yourselves a favor and find your furniture elsewhere so you don't have to deal with this careless customer service.
