I love this place. I was late to the game discovering they had guy's clothing and now I'm addicted. I do wish they had as many styles in menswear as they did in women's but there you go. Staff is great but I think they are a little slow at the register because of computers or something so I stood in line a little bit longer than I would have liked but whatever. I guess one has higher expectations because of the higher price point here. I think they could elevate the shopping experience a little more but I'll keep coming back.

I had a blue Lululemon bra for several years - I wore it often until one day my bf said what are those black stripes on your back? They were from my sports bra. The blue dye wore off and the black material underneath was staining my skin. I waited until the mask mandate was lifted before I attempted to return it to the Santa Rosa Lululemon location. Not knowing what to expect I was so pleased when the young lady who greeted me at the door said I could exchange my blue bra for any sports bra on display. No questions asked! I was appreciative of the staff's professionalism providing me with excellent customer service. Thank you thank you!
