very dishonest place, I went fir an appointment for a impacted tooth, when i arrived they told me i need an scan and without it they cant do anything, so i say ok, i am leaving then no need for the appointment, they convinced me to stay and see the surgeon for what? I have not idea, actually probably just so they wont lose the money. The surgeon was rude, unprofessional, he never looked me in the eye, and he just look like he was forced to be there, 5 minutes, asked a some questions and pretend to write something and wala, $150 dollars for telling me to come back next year to check since he couldnt say anything without the scan, basically they made me pay for those 5 minutes of his time for nothing, never going back, thieves!$

I had a wonderful experience this morning with the most amazing team of dental professionals I've ever incountered!
Dr. Roger's was very professional he had great humor and a few good ice breakers!
In today's world customer service is almost a fable. The customer service and patient care was top knotch here!
Thank-you to all the staff for excellent and complete professionalism from start to finish and for checking up on me after the dental procedure!

Dr. Rogers is very warm, kind, and caring.   He's so nice, gentle, and calm,  that you almost look forward to oral surgery.   He's the first dentist who 1) gave me a choice of the type of music I wanted to listen to, 2) personally called me later on the day of the surgery to make sure I was doing okay, and 3) actually refunded me some of the fee because "the procedure was easier and didn't take as long" as he'd anticipated.   I mean, what doctor ever does that??   If you ever need oral surgery or implants, I can't give a higher recommendation.

My experience at Santa Rosa Oral Surgery was very positive. Dr. Jason Rogers performed the procedure, which required the extraction of the tooth (broken at the gum line), followed by the placement of the implant, all within the 40 minutes that Dr. Rogers indicated that the procedure would take from the time I sat in the chair until I left the office. I felt no pain or numbness in the mouth, tongue, cheek or lips after the procedure. I had minimal bleeding and was able to eat a couple of hours later. I thought the entire staff from the receptionist and the initial interviewer to the assistant during the surgery were knowledgeable and professional. I particularly appreciated the surgery assistant explaining each step of the procedure from the numbing shot to the final x-ray in real time. I highly recommend Dr. Rogers to those thinking about getting an implant.
