    Months ago after I discovered this place was in my insurance network, I gave them a call and they had me send over my referral and x-rays (theres a specific oral surgery procedure I need done). I sent it over on January 16th, 2024, and I still havent heard anything back from them or been scheduled. Its April 8th now. Ive tried calling several times, but I always reach an answering service and they are also unable to reach anyone at the office for me by email or phone. One time the answering service mentioned that the Santa Rosa office is very busy. Fine, but let me know from the get-go that you dont have time for me so I dont waste my time trying to receive care from your office.

    Quick check-in process . Office and waiting area were tidy and clean. Dr. Bryan and her assistants were very friendly and thorough. It was my 2 yr old's 1st dental appt and they were so patient . Overall, it was a positive experience and we are satisfied patients!

    **Updated Review: After my review, the new manager reached out to me and was able to confirm that I did not owe any additional fees. She was also able to help me quickly obtain my files to transfer to another dentist. I appreciate the assistance received most recently; yet, I was not willing to stay as a patient after weeks of no response. I have been leaving messages for 6 weeks. No one will call me back about invoices I am receiving. I paid with my HSA while at the office... not to mention I paid more than my insurance determined was my responsibility. So I'm actually owed a small amount. The amount of time I have spent leaving messages is ridiculous and very disappointing. How is that there is never a person to answer the existing patient extension? Also, the coordinator is never available, nor replies to any inquiries? Time to find a new provider.
