        Well the lady that helped us was not even helpful. She was ACCTUALLY unprofessional. Definitely had a chip on her shoulder about something. She didn't even tell us the new number and said "it's in the phone." And didnt even offer a case or screen protector. Never visiting that store again.

        I would give no stars if possible! Terrible service. Went to store at 10am., supposed to be open. No one there, waited 15min.. went back home called and ask why they were not open. Response-things happen and I could go to another metro. It is this attitude in America that is failing us. Metro lost my business. Going to Verizon and will gladly pay more.

        Metro's cell service is pretty good actually. Especially for only 25$/month unlimited everything. The stores, haha well... Good luck. Within the first couple mins the service rep told us we'd be better off buying a phone somewhere else. What a joke.
