Horrible customer service. The young lady barely listened to the problem I was having before rudely responding with inaccurate information. She seemed to find my problem amusing and was very condescending when I tried to talk to her or ask any questions. The nicest and smartest thing she said was " Have a nice day" as I stormed out the door. This is a regular occurence with Metro. Rude uninformed shady sales representavies. And I'm being nice in putting it that way. I was hoping that by going out of my way to visit this corporate store that I might have better luck but It seemed like she went out of her way to be as rude and uninformed as possible. Getting a new phone service with a different provider isnt easy but when a corporate store behaves like this- theres no trust. Who wants to pay people they dont trust for such a necessary service?

The woman who was there on December 27 at 5:50 pm gave me terrible service and wanted to rob me, charging me much more without giving me any explanations, with a disastrous and arrogant attitude.
