Hardly ever open !  They change their hours all the time!   Super annoying!  Foods good if you can catch it when it's open!

Who are the folks who can afford to spend this kind of money on a couple burritos?!  Sure isn't my family.  Seeing this everywhere.  Yes I know businesses need to cover increased expenses, but the price increases seem exorbitant.  I can't help but think a lot of restaurants are going to price themselves out of business.

I'd film a movie scene in this place: 5My first clue that the food wasn't going to be stellar was a place called "Rosalina" had a tri-tip special. This isn't a Mexican restaurant despite the copious amounts of accoutrement. I ordered the carne asada burrito which was one of the most expensive things on the menu. It was like they had some left over tough steak and cut into huge pieces and boiled it (probably from the tri tip sandwiches). Tough, bland, and, I was questioning whether I wanted another bite. I would expect this in Tennessee where I've spent quite a bit of time. But SLO, California? Come on now: 221 dollars for a burrito that i almost didn't want to eat. Cocktail was pretty weak.
