We adopted Rocky from woods humane society and we knew he was going to need a lot of help. A month in we knew we couldn't do it on our own and we needed to seek professional training. From the start working with Brent was amazing. He sent updates, pictures and videos along the way. We opted for the month long boarding training and are so happy we did. Today I am happy to say rocky is thriving . We are so grateful for Brent and everything he did and even all the support he gave when rocky came home. We consider Brent a part of our family now. If you your dog needs training call Brent, you will not be disappointed.

Brent did an incredible job with our dog Ralph (Heeler/Shepherd Mix). Prior to training, Ralph was a nightmare on the leash and lunged at every dog/person he saw. I was embarrassed to take him out and dreaded inviting people over (or avoided it altogether). After keeping up with a year of his training, it has done wonders! He walks by my side on walks with ease and we rarely have issues with other dogs. Brent also did amazing training with him off leash. I could walk on the opposite side of a football field and Ralph would stay until I release him...even with distractions! I always get compliments when I do off leash training with him, but I owe it all to Brent! He has also boarded Ralph many times while we are away on vacation and I know he's in good hands! I would recommend Brent to anyone! Ralph is a brand new dog!

We adopted our one-and-a-half-year-old puppy dog, Finnigan, from our local shelter. He had the usual shelter dog issues- separation anxiety, a bit barky, terrible on the leash, etc. Before we brought him home for good, we chose to use Ace Dog Training to give him the best start in our home and with our family. It was the best decision we've ever made! Brent (owner and trainer) had him for three weeks and he brought back a very happy, confident, well-trained, and polite pup. Finn is our 17-year-old son's dog and after a few days, I realized that he (son) wasn't doing everything Brent showed him to do before and while on a walk with Finn, so I contacted Brent and he was back at our house within days! He spent about 45 minutes (one-on-one) out on a walk with Finn and my son and showed him each step again. He was very patient with him (my son, as the fault was not with Finn, but rather my son not following instructions). My son now walks Finn exactly as Brent instructed and they have a ton more fun on their daily walks. Brent also brought Finn back fully crate trained (hallelujah!) and with his crate-only toys, he happily chills in his crate when we're not home without whining or howling (this has been verified by many neighbors). I truly can't recommend Ace Dog Training more for anyone who wants a happy and relaxing home with a furry friend by their side. Brent is super friendly, professional, kind, and most importantly- he's a natural with dogs. I especially love that he sent videos and pictures while training and the free return training visits are an AMAZING perk that makes his services even more worth it! Thank you for everything Brent!!

Brent definitely took my Belgian Malinois to the next level of his potential. He his much less stubborn and much more obeisant, even when I can clearly tell he doesn't want to be. This training is WELL worth the cost.

Brent transformed our adopted Great Dane from a bossy aggressive know-it-all into a calm obedient gentle giant! After four Great Danes we thought we knew what were getting into when adopting Monty from a shelter, but he had no manners and started being aggressive and trying to protect us. After 3 week of board and train, Brent transformed Monty! He now walks off-leash, goes straight to his kennel when someone comes to the door, and knows the couch is no longer his bed. We wish he had sent him to "dog college" months ago. Thanks Brent!
