I've worked in facilities for over 20 yrs. and this company is by far the worst HVAC company I've ever done business with. Their billing practices are a joke, they add hours and additional trip charges. They don't reference service dates or approved estimate #'s on billing and they nickel and dime you to death. I work for a non profit, so this relationship ended quickly.

I am doing a home remodel and needed a hard to find Rinnai tankless water heater.  As soon as I emailed, they replied quickly with a reasonable quote.  They were able to get the heater to me within 3 days, which is unheard of right now.  Evan delivered the unit and was very helpful at answering my questions.  I will definitely work with BAM again.

I have a very old air conditioner and was concerned that I would have to replace it.  Evan was able to fix it and clean it.  It has never worked so well.He is competent, considerate, and reasonably priced.  I recommend him highly.

They will charge you regular mantinance but will not perform any regular mantinance, and even any work they do is not a quality work, I will not recommend anyone doing business with this guy.
