Mark Trimbell did a high quality thorough inspection of my entire house- including attics, crawl space, roof and exterior of the house to determine the needed actions to stop the rodents. He is very experienced, knowledgeable and polite. Based on his findings and detailed recommended actions, we immediately decided to proceed the contract. We are very impressive with the PacificAirUSA's excellent service so far from the scheduling with Cesar to the inspection by Mark. Vince arrived right on time, he even texted before his arrival. He came to clean our dryer vent. It was overdue. His service was great and showed us before and after pictures for illustrations. He is very polite and brought his own shoe covers and with his mask on. We really appreciate his service and will definitely contact him again when it’s due time for the next cleaning.
